We are a trust-first marketplace and introducer. For property, we act as an introducer, not as a real-estate broker or agent. We connect you with independent, verified agencies and are not a party to any transaction.
Listings and verification
We verify businesses in good faith, yet we cannot guarantee any third party's services. Please always confirm details directly with the provider.
Your submissions
Information you submit must be accurate. Forms on this site are currently for early access and enquiries; bookings are not yet processed here.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Balkan Local is not liable for the acts of third-party businesses or agencies introduced through the platform.
